More from the Ice Caves

Ice Caves

Ventured out this past Monday and found a little secret treasure of Rexburg. The Ice Caves. What an awesome place to go explore and see the wonders of the beautiful earth we live upon. Definitely a must see and experience to be had!

Technical Difficulties...

Well, sorry folks. I can't get the video to upload, so I guess these pictures will have to due until I can get a better video or get the one I have to work. Here is just a little info. to make sense of everything in the pictures. I was dressed up like "Hot Rod", its a movie about this kid who thinks he's a professional stunt man, for those of you who are unfamliar. I rode that snowbike down a really steep hill into a man-made pond that all contestants were trying to skim across. I knew before hand I had no chance of making it across so it was my plan to see how bad I could crash upon hitting the water. Sorry I don't have more pics or video, but you have to realize just how big this event was! There were News crews and professional production people there, with lights, cameras, sound systems, etc. I mean this thing was huge! Anyways, they're making a professional DVD of it so I will gladly let people view it.

My Ride!

This is what I took down the hill. It was the first time I had ridden down a snow packed hill with it. Actually I had went down some powdery slopes for like 20 min. early in the afternoon, just to get a feel for it. I took back to the shop right after and got it waxed. I fell in love with the thing after that. I was sailing down the hill when it came SHOWTIME!

Pond Skimming 2009 @ BYU-IDAHO

Ok, so I had a chance at a little fame and glory and I took full advantage of it. This is by far one of the funnest things I have done since I've been in Rexburg. It was a great way to start off this year. Hopefully this is a little preview of what 2009 has to offer!

New Years in Vale

Here some pictures of the Fireworks show atop the Vale Butte. It was a pretty good show and on behalf of the Capps family I wanted to share it with you all.

First Post

Hey there guys, just set this thing up so hopefully in a short amount of time I will have it updated and more to look at and read. School is going great and Rexburg is as cold as ever, but its a good place nonetheless. Well, hope everyone is enjoying 2009!
